David H. Jacoby received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University in 1986, Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 1989 and is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Life Insurance Agent. Upon graduation from Stetson, he opened his practice in Palm Bay, Florida. Over the years, Mr. Jacoby's practice has become comprised almost solely of Elder Law matters. He is passionate in their representation and lectures regularly throughout Brevard County on estate planning and long-term care concerns. Mr. Jacoby serves as a Court-Appointed Attorney Elisor for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association; Brevard County Bar Association; Elder law Section of the Florida Bar; Florida Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; Florida State Guardianship Association; Brevard Association of Human Services; and has recieved the Brevard County Legal Aid, Inc. award presented for outstanding pro bono service for the past several years. Anthony N. Brimo received his Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University in 1974. He then received a Juris Doctorate degree in 1977 from the University of Miami. Mr. Brimo has practiced law in Florida for twenty-eight years, first in South Florida, and then in Brevard County, Florida, since 1994. He represents clients in the areas of wills, probate, guardianship and Medicaid Planning together with bankruptcy, commercial litigation, family law, and personal injury wherein he has won significant trial awards for his clients. Anthony Brimo is currently on the advisory board of Keiser College, is a member of the Brevard County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the Federal Bar for the Middle District of Florida.
